OnwardTravel provides onward flight reservation services for travel documentation use.

Service

Each paid booking includes an airline reservation code, a PDF itinerary, and access to the order page. The service fee covers the reservation service and does not include the full ticket price unless you choose to complete ticket payment before the reservation expires.

Best-effort travel documentation

An onward ticket reservation is a best-effort documentation solution. It is not a guarantee that an airline, customs officer, immigration authority, visa office, border agency, or other travel provider will accept the reservation, allow boarding, approve entry, issue a visa, or resolve any travel incident.

Buying a reservation does not create any commitment or promise that the reservation will solve problems with customs, immigration, airline check-in, visa review, border control, missed flights, denied boarding, denied entry, or any other travel-related event.

Use of reservations

Travel-document requirements vary by destination, airline, route, and traveler circumstance. You are responsible for confirming the requirements that apply to your trip and for complying with airline and immigration rules.

Privacy

We collect the information needed to provide the service, including contact details, passenger names, route details, payment status, order records, and support communications. We use this information to create and manage reservations, deliver PDFs and order updates, process payments, prevent abuse, provide support, maintain records, and operate the site.

We may share information with service providers that help operate the booking, payment, email, hosting, analytics, security, and support systems. We do not sell personal information. We may retain order and support records as needed for operations, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, and service improvement.
