Referral Program Agreement

Effective July 12, 2026. This agreement governs participation in the OnwardTravel Referral Program operated by Q32 LLC.

By enrolling in, accessing, or participating in the program, you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, do not participate or distribute an OnwardTravel referral link.

1. Qualifying referrals and commission

A qualifying referral is a new customer order that is attributed to your active referral code, successfully pays the OnwardTravel service fee, and remains eligible through the review period. We pay a flat commission of $4 USD for each qualifying referral. A captured visit, checkout attempt, unpaid order, or affiliate enrollment does not earn a commission.

2. Attribution

Opening a valid referral link places a first-party referral cookie for 90 days. If a valid OnwardTravel referral cookie is already present, a later referral link does not replace it. The referral code must remain attached when the customer creates the order. Attribution may be unavailable when cookies are blocked, removed, expired, or altered. OnwardTravel's records control attribution decisions, subject to correction of documented errors.

3. Review period and reversals

Each commission enters a 30-day review period beginning when the referred service-fee payment succeeds. It becomes available only after that period and only if the order remains eligible. We may reject or reverse a commission for a refund, dispute, chargeback, payment reversal, duplicate order, credit that removes the qualifying revenue, suspected fraud, self-referral, failed fulfillment followed by a refund, or violation of this agreement. We may offset an amount paid in error or reversed after payout against a current or future balance and may request repayment when no balance is available.

4. Payouts

Available balances of at least $25 USD are scheduled for monthly processing, ordinarily during UTC days 1–3. A commission still in review does not count toward the minimum. Bank processing, weekends, compliance review, account restrictions, and information requests may delay receipt. Balances below $25 carry forward. No interest accrues on a balance.

5. Stripe Connect

Payouts require an eligible Stripe Connect Express account with accurate identity, tax, and payout information. You must complete Stripe's onboarding and keep payouts enabled. Stripe handles its onboarding and identity-verification process and lets Express account holders manage payout details. Your use of Stripe is also subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. We may withhold a payout while Stripe verification, legal compliance, fraud review, or account requirements remain unresolved.

6. Self-referrals

You may not earn a commission on your own purchase or arrange reciprocal, duplicate, household, controlled-account, or other transactions whose primary purpose is generating a commission. OnwardTravel blocks normalized email matches and may use other reasonable signals to identify self-referrals or coordinated abuse.

7. Promotion rules

You must describe OnwardTravel accurately and comply with applicable advertising, endorsement, privacy, anti-spam, consumer-protection, platform, airline, and travel laws and policies. You must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission.

• Paid search and trademarks: You may not bid on OnwardTravel, Q32, their misspellings, or confusingly similar terms; use those terms in display URLs or ad-account identities; or run paid search directly to OnwardTravel without prior written approval.
• Coupons and incentives: Coupon, cashback, loyalty, rebate, reward, or other incentivized traffic requires prior written approval. You may not publish nonexistent discounts or intercept traffic seeking OnwardTravel.
• Email and messaging: Unsolicited bulk email, spam, purchased lists, automated direct messages, and communications without legally required consent and opt-out controls are prohibited.
• Browser tools: Toolbars, extensions, injected overlays, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, automatic redirects, adware, and software that sets or replaces attribution without a deliberate user action are prohibited.
• Claims: You may not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims; impersonate OnwardTravel; promise entry, boarding, visa approval, or acceptance by an airline or authority; or describe the service as a fake ticket, forged document, immigration bypass, visa hack, or document generator.
• Illegal or harmful promotion: Promotion tied to fraud, deceptive documentation, unlawful activity, policy evasion, or content that violates an applicable platform's rules is prohibited.

8. Account review, suspension, and corrections

We may review traffic and transactions, request supporting information, correct attribution or accounting errors, suspend referrals or payouts, reject commissions, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect customers, payment systems, OnwardTravel, or the integrity of the program. We may hold a balance during an investigation. We will make reasonable efforts to explain a material action unless law, security, fraud prevention, or a third-party restriction prevents disclosure.

9. Taxes and relationship

You are responsible for determining, reporting, and paying taxes arising from your commissions and for providing requested tax information. You participate as an independent contractor. This agreement does not create employment, agency, partnership, franchise, fiduciary, or joint-venture authority. You may not make commitments on behalf of Q32 LLC or OnwardTravel.

10. Program changes and termination

We may modify or end the program or this agreement. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date and apply prospectively unless a change is required sooner for law, security, fraud, payment-network, or platform reasons. You may stop participating at any time. After termination, eligible commissions already earned remain subject to the review, reversal, minimum-payout, verification, and offset rules in this agreement.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The program is provided as available. We do not guarantee traffic, conversions, commissions, uninterrupted availability, or continued program operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Q32 LLC's aggregate liability arising from the program will not exceed the commissions paid or payable to you during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

12. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. State and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires another forum.
